Born in Atlanta, Georgia, the son of a Pastor and an Educator, Torey embraced his gift to communicate effectively and lead at an early age. He was groomed for greatness by God’s grace. Torey served nearly three decades successfully in the US Army, achieving the highest rank of an enlisted soldier, Command Sergeant Major. He has devoted himself to excellence. He has a distinguished professional career, both civilian and military, assisting in the planning, staffing, and operations of many organizations. He is an expert in cross- functional team building, leadership, individual/organizational development, and quality performance improvement.
Torey also serves as a leader in the church as a Senior Pastor and Bishop. He is a member of several civic and fraternal organizations. More importantly, he is a family man! He lives and challenges all he encounter with the “Torey-ism”, “Make an IMPACT not just an impression!” .
